We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. The Freelance Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and attract qualified candidates. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
2. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
3. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
5. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
6. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
7. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate information and streamline the hiring process.
8. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
