PNB Metlife Insurance Territory Manager

This position is part of the Corporate Sales Function and will be responsible for soliciting group insurance, funds, and alliances through corporates/Brokers/NBFC. The responsibility would be to meet assigned business targets and also ensure the institutionalization of key sales and support processes within Corporate Sales to facilitate smooth business functioning. The position will also be responsible for identifying partners as potential distributors in their respective regions

Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible for procuring new clients for Group Life and Fund Business.
  2. Contributing substantially to PNB MetLife’s revenues through this channel
  3. Prospecting and developing new markets for Employee Benefits
  4. Identify new prospects for tie-ups/alliances to sell individual/group plans of PMLI
  5. Developing relationships and networking with key stakeholders such as brokers and other intermediaries
  6. Ensure meeting monthly/ quarterly/ yearly business targets assigned by the reporting manager and hence, contribute towards enhancing PNB MetLife’s market share in the group insurance business
  7. Monitoring and reviewing field teams through a prescribed process and timelines, documenting the reports
  8. Responsible for institutionalizing appropriate sales and support processes for maximizing both business efficiencies as well as customer satisfaction
  9. Periodic Identification of training requirements of the field force and co – co-coordinating the same with the training department
  10. Full compliance & adherence to selling practices as laid by the company as well as regulators
  11. Relationship with various key stakeholders in the prospects that can help in gathering material and key information required for closure of business  
  12. Number of quality leads that is brought on the discussion table for tie-ups
  13. Cross-sell of products to prospects and existing clients
  14. Completion of assigned tasks with required quality and in a timely manner
  15. Timely escalation on accounts was ever required

Qualification :

  • Rich insurance industry/ Broking industry/ Mutual Fund Industry experience and knowledge of  EB products 
  • Should know the area and geography very well of the region applying for
  •   Experience in Corporate Sales in MSME and PSU sectors is an advantage
  • Excellent influencing capability and ability to work with senior people
  • •Post Graduate, fluent in English and Hindi.

Experience Needed : 3 – 5 Years.

Salary: 9 – 15 LPA

Age : Less than 35 Years.
