 Roles and Responsibilities as a Sourcing Manager:

Working with one of the leading housing solutions platform, the candidate will be handling regions in Mumbai (especially Mira Road, Malad )  and will drive top line by efficiency in business by acquiring new avenues.  Owning and executing all plans for developing business and achieving the set goals. The candidate will be responsible for strategizing The candidate will be responsible for local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion . opportunities and scaling up the business. Evangelize the channel partners and taking initiative to close deals personally. Provide visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of sales lifecycle. Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience. Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both internally & externally.

 Functional Requirement:

Proven leadership track record, in scaling growth, revenues, profitability and contribution towards achieving the set targets as a team Strong sense of changing consumer markets, innate understanding of market dynamics. A self – starter with an intense drive to outperform expectations, the incumbent will  be required to be hands- on Ability to build a strong brand in a highly competitive market environment. The candidate must have the ability to influence peers and top management on strength of strategic fit and hard data and lead the business with confidence.

Principal Accountabilities: 

Being a part of extensive outreach to Channel Partners. Creating a team of dedicated Channel Partners ensuring the best terms of engagement with them. Following up with the Channel Partners for lead generation and identifying the support required for the same. Taking customers and brokers for the site visit and following up to close the deal . Updating the Channel Partners  about their leads and walk – ins Co-ordinating internally for the pay-outs of CP’s in a timely manner. Updating the project details with Channel partners on a regular basis.
