Development Grade/ Level: M  – Direct Reporting To: Asst. Branch Head/ Team

Job Purpose: The Lead Generation executive will be responsible to Generate 6 qualified leads on daily Basis & Close Deal in the areas of Sales, Marketing & HR with the help of a team of SMEs (subject matter experts), periodic reviews, Daily,Weekly,monthly reports, among other tasks.

Responsibilities:  The Lead Generation executive will be responsible to Generate 6 qualified leads on daily Basis & Close Deal in the areas of Sales,

 The Lead Generation executive will be responsible to meet his/her sales Target on day to day basis.   Lead Generation executive will be fully responsible for the Revenue generation for the company as per his KRA & Goal set by the HOD.  Lead Generation executive Will be responsible to adhere company policy and its rule.

 Lead Generation executive is responsible to follow direction given by superior to achieve Target.

 Lead Generation executive will be responsible to undertake periodic reviews about achievement and prepare and issue the Minutes of Meeting (MOM),

 prepare monthly reports and issue to management.

 Maintain the standards and formats defined by Strivik for reports, MIS, SOPs, flow charts, processes and any other planning sheets pertaining to consulting.

 He/she must resolve complaints within defined TATs.  Confident and assertive  Excellent client-interfacing skills

 Good Sales Track  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)  Analytical skills

 Responsibility and Accountability

 Knowledge of functioning of businesses  Self-grooming, logical reasoning and self-motivation  MS office proficiency  Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion  Ability to comprehend and analyze relevant industries for industry insights and trends

Desired Skills:  Ability to Generate Sales meet & Achieve sales Target  Ability to perform under pressure  Being performance-driven and focused on results  Ability to self-motivate and motivate others

Education: Graduate in any discipline. Graduate/PG/MBA in Sales & Marketing is desired.
