*JOB OFFER BY PROPACK TECH – GHATKOPAR – Requirement for- Jr Mechanical Engineer*
Vacancy – 2 (Male)
Experience- Fresher to 3-4 years of experience in Auto-Cad (Preferred in Pharma Industry with experience in process vessels, liquid, ointment and Sugar Syrup
Salary – 15,000 to 25,000 per month
Reporting to – Head office, Ghatkopar
Joining Period – Immediate Joining Preferred
Qualification Required – 1) Mechanical Engineer- Diploma / Degree
Key Skills & Responsibility-
Should have a good knowledge of Auto-CAD. Experience in the field of fabrication of vessels would be preferred. Preparing GA drawing, P&ID drawing and layout drawing
Hands om experience operating Auto-CAD will be preferred Designing, drafting and detail engineering of equipment such as Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks as per ASME / API / TEMA & PED.
Preparation of mechanical data sheets. Ensuring that Designing of equipment is in a cost effective and efficient manner.
Preparing BOQ and costing . Engineering Coordination with other department/ client.
Preparing bill of material or checking of the plant of given projects. Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
Main keyword points to be considered while shortlisting:
P&ID- Process vessels, sugar syrup ointment plants sterile vessels / BOQ of process vessels / Datasheet preparations / Layout preparation.
