 Key Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition, Interacting and meeting with prospective clients, those who are looking for various IT and Non-IT manpower resources through Train & Hire model or under staffing norms. Screening and sharing relevant profiles with the clients & collecting their feedback.

On-Campus & Off-Campus Drives, Job Fairs, Alumni Meets, Recruiter Meet, Participating in Industry Expo.

Collecting Feedbacks, Reviews and Referrals from the students ∙

 

Experience and Qualification:

Proven experience in Placements, preferably in an IT Training institute.

Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives and achieve operational goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ability to analyze feedback data and implement improvements based on insights
