Over the past seven years, Disney+ Hotstar has been instrumental in shaping how Indians consume their favourite content, migrating audiences at scale from television to a device of their choice. The Partnerships team is accelerating Disney+ Hotstar’s business growth & improving the consumer experience. We are looking to hire a person to drive day to day partnerships operations. The role will be responsible for providing support on building strategic partnerships in the external ecosystem, which will help us dramatically scale our business. It will focus on partnerships with select verticals including CTV, Banking & Payments, Consumer Tech/Internet, FMCG and Mobile OEM partners. He or She is expected to independently drive day-to-day partnership operations.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES____________________________________
Liaise with cross-functional teams internally to drive closures on legal agreements and manage end to end partner onboarding process. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely financial reconciliation, invoicing, collections & payments. Co-ordinate with internal tech teams for managing and nurturing existing partner relationships Work with analytics to do regular deep dive into existing partnerships to review performance and identify actionable insights. Support innovative and high-impact long term partnerships which accelerate business growth
WHAT TO BRING________________________________________________
2-4 years of relevant work experience in Consumer Internet preferably in E-commerce, OTT industry. Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand. Valuable work experience focused on quantitative analysis, excel, and project management. Strong people/ Stakeholder management. Excellent process manager with attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills
