Event Manager or Sales BDM Requirement

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive business development initiatives.

Salary : 7 to 9 LPA.

Key Responsibilties :

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and achieve revenue goals.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to drive business growth and meet targets.8. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and market developments to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
