Description : Female Sales Executive (Location : Thane) (Female living in the vicinity)

Minimum experience of 3 years

Qualification – Graduate

Salary: ₹ 60,000.00 per month

 Responsibilities : Handle client from pre and post booking stage and arranging site visit . Attending walk in and brief clients about the project and its features. Follow up for booking and closing the deal with the client. Handle client queries and ensure timely reply. Checking of documents post booking. Assisting the client with banking formalities for their loan. Completion of booking formalities post closure. Follow up for payments and outstanding dues. Preparing Reports

Skills: Past experience of real estate industry knowing the entire flow of sales. Knowledge of GST. Well versed with Microsoft Excel. Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi .Good Communication skills via Email / Telephone Should have stability and not change jobs frequently
