Minimum experience of 3 years

Qualification: BE Civil /Architect

Salary: ₹ 50,000.00 per month

 Responsibilities :

Co-ordinate with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Develop and implement quality control program

Hire and supervise subcontractors and staff.

Piling & open footing knowledge.

Mix design 

B/w, plastering & finishing knowledge.

Estimation & costing.

Coordination with consultants & contractors.

Preparation and checking of BOQ

 

Skills:

Working for a reputed builder in residential projects

Should have start to end experience in the construction of building

Should have stability and not change jobs frequently.

Knowledge and execution of Formwork, Shuttering, Mivan (min experience 3 years)
