Job Description: Our client focus is to provide loans to low and middle-income individuals, who want to buy or build their own homes. A majority of the customers are first-time home buyers and finds it challenging to deal with bigger financial institutions for their home loan requirements. Loan amounts for these homes typically vary between 25 to 75 lakhs.

Job Responsibility: Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals

• Leading a team of RM’s and CSM’s. • Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSA’s and Connectors

• Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks. • Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels NPA sales and direct customer interaction. • Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats
