Responsibilities :

• Welcome Call / Email and Service Calls.  • Collection and Outstanding Follow Ups.

• Follow up for Registration.   • Completion of booking formalities post closure

• Experience of CRM  • Handle client queries and ensure timely reply.

• Cancellation and Refund Process  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.

• Issuing Demand Letter, Receipt, Builder NOC, Reminder, Interest Letter.

• Checking of documents post booking.  

• Assisting the client with banking formalities for their loan.

• Preparing Reports
