Job Location: – Mumbai – LOWER PAREL

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. To manage the international (Amazon & Wallmart) e-commerce business and achieve sales and revenue targets on a daily weekly and monthly basis.

2. To manage the listing of items 3. Ensure that all text prepared for listings and marketing purposes is clear, accurate and engaging.

4. Support the business to maximise online revenue. 5. Producing accurate reconciliation of sales on a monthly basis.

6. Coordination with portal account manager. 7. Develop new market places and grow business.

8. Review seller ratings, ensuring that all communication with customers is conducted in a manner that will maintain and/or increase ratings.

9. To ensure that all sold items are dispatched in a prompt and efficient manner, maintaining regular communication with the customer in the event of any delays.

10. To actively participate in processes and procedures that support good stock control, including stock taking and recording of stock levels.

11. To maintain accurate records of items sold on line, reconciling sales to withdrawal of funds from online trade.

12. To report any concerns to the reporting head promptly.

Education and Experience

1. Any Graduate with 4-5 years of experience  2. Excellent in Advanced MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot)  3. Should be able to proficiently Speak, Read and Write in English

4. Experience in E-Commerce industry  5. Only local Mumbai Candidates
