Description

1. Enquiry generation, registration (Folder wise record keeping), understanding the customer requirements

2. Reading the engineering drawings, offering techno commercial offer accordingly

3. Communicating Dispatch Schedule( weekly – written format) to the factory

4. Correspondence with customer after order placement- for drawing approvals, TPI etc

5. To Facilitate dispatch- coordination with factory and customer

6. Payment tracking – follow up

7. Periodic B2B customer visits

8. Periodic MIS report generation
