Job Title: Fabric Executive

Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Jobs Responsibilities:

 Based on the order confirmation from the Buyer, coordinate with the Fabric Sourcing Head to  understand the grey requirement at the Stitching Unit to meet the order

 Coordinate with the supplier / agent for the timely delivery of the order at the Stitching Unit   Ensure the delivered grey at the Stitching Unit is of the required quality standards

 Process various transport bills, invoices, packing details and make entries in the system for the grey received at the factory

 Submit the invoices to the accounts team for supplier / agent payments  Update the available stock of various qualities of fabrics at the Stitching Unit in the system in a

timely manner.   Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that you work to enhance the company’s performance

 Fabric management, inventory management, coordination, follow-up and planning.  Carry out any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

 Graduate in any stream / Diploma in Textile engineering

 2-4 years of relevant experience in Fabric / Grey department

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Must know MS Office

 Good communication skills  Technical knowledge about printing, dyeing and quality of grey is preferred

 Must be able to work well under pressure, particularly when facing a deadline and should be flexible
