We are looking for ‘Sales Manager/Sr Sales Manager’, who aspires to take a challenging assignment of independently running and growing the market of various imported specialty chemicals

Job Title: Sales Manager/ Sr. Sales Manager – Chemicals – Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:  • Responsible for leading and guiding a team of salespeople in an organization

• Set sales goals & quotas, build a sales plan, analyze data, assign sales training and sales territories, mentor the members of sales team

• Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs. • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures

• Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts. • Analyze sales statistics

• Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services. • Determine discount rates or special pricing plans

• Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff

Key Skills: Key skill:  Good spoken / written communications skills and willingness to travel across India are essential.

Mandatory: chemical raw material sales, B2B

Experience:  

For SM – 6-9 years

For Sr. SM 9-12 years

Job Location: Mumbai, Ghatkopar East

Qualification: BE / B. Tech – Chemicals, B. Sc. (Chem) or Diploma in Chem. Engineering

Industry – Chemicals

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Relocation candidates: No

SALARY: 5-10 LAKHS
