No. of years of Experience required: 3-5 yrs. as a Secretary.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Servicing & Supporting day-to-day operational work & administrative tasks of the Managing Director
Should have excellent communication skill (both oral and written). Should be proficient in English.
Taking dictations. Preparing presentations
Should have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PPT), with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents Calendar management / appointments.
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, interfacing with clients.
Should be very well versed with usage of digital technologies & software on both laptop and handheld devices.
Arranging meetings and making presentation for meetings, making minutes, circulation and follow up actions.
Coordinating with multiple departments, Projects, Secretarial and Finance.
Qualifications Required: • Graduate / Postgraduate.
• Around 3-5 years of experience of working as Secretary.
• Excellent command in oral and written communication
• Proficient in MS Office viz; Word, Power Point, Excel, Web browsing etc
Salary: 30K to 50 K (As per Eligibility and Experience)
