Job Description: Our client is an established Realty Business Group Founded in 1986, headquartered in Mumbai, focuses on affordable redevelopment apartments and land projects.  Within real estate business verticals, they also focus on land acquisitions projects, townships and large scale housing projects whereas, they are experts in redevelopment of housing and commercial projects. They have built various projects from high rises to individual bungalows in and around Mumbai and has quickly acquired a reputation of being a reliable, trusted and a professional business player who delivers on time.

Primary Purpose: To identify, propose & close property redevelopment projects that generate profits for the organization. Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Job Responsibilities:  1. Develop and work on a comprehensive Business Development plan form ongoing lead generation. 2. Consistently meet and exceed targets on a month-on-month basis. 3. Be the first point of contact for new leads by Channel Partners or a direct client contact. 4. Conduct research on the client requirement to understand the property details in-depth for clarity in the feasibility study. 5. Conduct end to end documentation study and provide the same to the Due Diligence team for further scrutiny. 6. Follow up new and existing business opportunities and set up meetings to move the process ahead. 7. Proactively build and sustain relationships with targeted clients. 8. Locate potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities. 9. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts. 10. Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs. 11. Develop and sustain effective relations with clients and channel partners to ensure repeat / referral services. 12. Attend industry, social events to build relationships and identify new opportunities. 13. Liaison with internal sales liaison, legal, finance and due diligence team on a day to day basis.

Mandatory:

1. Expertise in redevelopment Project. (Property acquisition)  2. Experience in valuation, analysis, project costing etc for project to be taken for redevelopment
