Assist with Digital Transformation of the company business from conventional lending and paper-driven execution to digital process. Help execute Digital vision and implementation roadmap by developing solutions to meet future state digital technology, content management, analytics & cloud native solution architectures. Maximise digital transformation via integration of digital technologies into all areas of a business via technology adoption, structure data gathering, process definition, and organizational change. Manage technology projects that help enhance existing business process, define new process by leveraging tools, frameworks, platforms to increase adoption of digital solutions company-wide.

Job Responsibility

• Lead/Manage a team of engineers, testers, business analysts etc. for successful project completion  • Build, hire and train technology team to solve critical business problems through inhouse development • Provide technical oversight to the team, manage development of applications, websites, mobile applications and plan project schedules for staged deliveries • Conduct POCs on new and cutting edge products/technologies to identify best-fit stack for fuelling business growth • Liasion with business stakeholders and product partners for enterprise product implementations • Explore avenues for automation of repetitive and mundane tasks by usage of RPA tools and frameworks, AI/ML technology driven solutions • Support discussions and evaluations for Fintech partnerships based on business preferences and build integration hooks with them and for core/non-core systems. • Willingness to work from any company office and travel to the field/partner offices as necessary. Key Skills:

Key Skills:  • Experience with BI reporting, analytical tools, data modelling and data visualization tools – Preferred • Knowledge of Loan Origination, Loan Management, GL tools like Omnifin, Uno, Vymo – Highly Preferred • Experience with AWS Cloud, API Management, India Stack, OCEN, Account Aggregator Framework, Digital Marketing – Preferred

Mandatory:  • Strong knowledge of overall delivery management (Project Management, Product Management), SDLC, BRD, FSD, Wireframe creation. • Experience developing and managing projects with one or more programming languages, RDBMS and Unstructured Databases, full-stack development, RPA, AI/ML technologies/frameworks – Mandatory. • Should be fully conversant with DEVOPS, experience with AWS Cloud, API Management, N-tier, loosely coupled, asynchronous architectures

Target Industry: Banks/NBFC/Fintech

Industry Experience:

• Experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies – Mandatory  / • Engineering experience working on Mobile Apps, Web Apps – Mandatory

• Engineering experience working on BFSI Peripheral solutions for different channels – Mandatory  / • Experience working on Retail Lending solutions and/or retail lending business – Mandatory  / • Experience working on Vehicle Finance technology solutions – Preferred

• Minimum 3 years’ recent experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies

Job Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Salary: 12-15 Lakhs

Qualification:  Post Graduate or Graduate (Engg.) in IT, CS from a recognized university – Mandatory Post-graduation in Management from a recognized university – Preferred

Certifications / Certificate Courses on Fintech courses, Automation – Preferred Certifications / Certificate Courses on Project Management, Agile/Scrum – Preferred.
