You will Drive Sales AOP targets for the channel by effective Lead & Data management
You will Manage lead journey till conversions by being the bridge between the branches and pre sales team at CC
You will Manage lead churning and re-marketing to improve campaign conversions Your role would include – Arranging appropriate trainings and re-trainings for the pre sales team. You will Conduct timely Call Audit & Call quality analysis

You will be an anchor for us by – – Manage Cost of Acquisition for the channel by improving caller productivity
You will Create CC MIS’s & Analysis from the data pulled from the dialler or lead management software and use it to formulate strategy to improve the sanction number
Key Skills: Problem Solver / target OrientedPractive / Good command on tools like excel and power point / Analytical mindset
An enthusiast to work on huge data base & extract findings
Mandatory: experience of selling asset product (Home loan, personal/business/SME loans credit cards, debit cards etc)
Hands-on experience with Call center LMS & Dialer
Good knowledge on lead funnel management
Industry: BFSI/NBFC/NFC

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in a Bank or NBFC
