No. of years of Experience required: 3-5 yrs. as a Secretary.

Major Job Responsibilities:

 Servicing & Supporting day-to-day operational work & administrative tasks of the Managing Director

 Should have excellent communication skill (both oral and written). Should be proficient in English.

 Taking dictations. Preparing presentations

 Should have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PPT), with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.

 Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents  Calendar management / appointments.

 Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, interfacing with clients.

 Should be very well versed with usage of digital technologies & software on both laptop and handheld devices.

 Arranging meetings and making presentation for meetings, making minutes, circulation and follow up actions.

 Coordinating with multiple departments, Projects, Secretarial and Finance.

Qualifications Required:  • Graduate / Postgraduate.

• Around 3-5 years of experience of working as Secretary.

• Excellent command in oral and written communication

• Proficient in MS Office viz; Word, Power Point, Excel, Web browsing etc

Salary: 30K to 50 K (As per Eligibility and Experience) 6PA
