Position Brief:  We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales team. Your responsibilities will include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers and converting them into property buyers, then you should apply for this role.

Job Description:   • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Eligibility

• Highly self- motivated and ambitious in achieving goals • Relevant experience of the real estate sector is highly desirable • Ability to negotiate

• Target oriented and sales – driven • Ability to manage multiple clients in a day

Salary: ₹ 3 LPA + incentives

Location: Borivali East, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday-Friday, 10:30 am -6:30 pm & Saturday, 10:30 am – 4 pm Application
