*JOB OFFER FOR MEP  PROPERTY MANAGER – TURBHE – FOR LEADING REALTY*

*Job description ALONG WITH GENERAL ADMINISTRATION*  

1. Checking day to day MEP activities both inside buildings and infrastructure works.  2. Keep an eye on quality with respect to workmanship, materials used etc.

3. Ensure that all electrical / plumbing/ fire fighting/ HVAC installations are safe both at – during and post construction stages

4. Establish control over contractors in terms of adhering to schedule  5. Constant exploration of value engineering/ cost curtailing initiatives

6.Must have experience in high rise structures where aluminium shuttering is used

7. Should have a fair knowledge of MEP design and should be capable of dealing with consultants

8. Must be conversant with plumbing, electrical, fire fighting, HVAC works both at building and infra levels

9. Should be excellent in coordination and work closely with civil team members and overcome any interface issues that may arise

10. Should be conversant with all codal provisions and norms pertaining to MEP 11. Should be aware of municipal by laws and its implications

Desired Candidate Profile

1. B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical) with 10 to 15 years of experience

2. Should be from real estate background with exposure in electrical works (both high side & low side), plumbing works including water supply, storm water drainage, sewerage, fire fighting works and HVAC works.

3. SALARY : DEPENDS ON LAST DRAWN (APPROX 8-10 LAKHS ) NEGOTIABLE
