• Experience in Plastic Manufacturing Industry   • Preferable Location near by Daman/Vapi/Bhilad

• Computer Knowledge of PPT   • ERP/SAP Knowledge

• Must be a Result Oriented & self-motivated individual with Positive attitude

JOB Description :

• Maintenance Planning, Spare Part Management & Development   • Electrical ,Mechanical Trouble shooting of Process Plant & Utility Equipments

• Power Circuit  & Control Circuit reading , understanding and trouble setting  • PLC,SCADA,DRIVES Exposure and independently handling 

• Hydraulic & Pneumatic Equipment trouble shooting   • Target is to reduce down time to ZERO by Proactive Planning

• Guide the team of subordinates and train them  • Time bound Breakdown Maintenance activities 

• Power cost reduction techniques • Perform Failure Analysis ,Root Cause Analysis

• Predictive & Preventive maintenance planning • Provide Technical Supports to supporting staff

• Maintenance of Material Handling Equipment’s • RISK Analysis 

• Ensure 100% compliance of Safety while working.
