 Provide an effective communication link between Client and medical staff

 Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

 Ensure service is proactive & responsive whether in person, on the telephone or via mail.

Confident with a pleasing personality.  Self motivated individuals to achieve targets

 Good communication & Presentation Skills

 To greet the Clients approaching them for assistance

 Identify the complaints, investigate and inform to the concern department

 To be aware of the Scope of Services that the Clinic offers

 To guide the Clients with the information of the services

 Any other work assigned by the management from time to time

Should have 2-5 years of relevant hospital or Hotel Industry experience.

Salary: Rs. 15 k to 18 k (Gross Salary)
