CTC: Rs 3.50 lacs-Rs 3.75 lacs per annum (depending upon experience)��Requirements – EXPERIENCE 3-7 YRS�• Should be very well versed with oral & written English�• Good Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Internet�• Prior Work Experience in Real Estate sector is a huge plus�• Office Timing 10 am to 7 pm�• Office Location: Fort, Mumbai�• Sunday Off� ��Responsibilities:�• Greeting & Screening Visitors�• Proficient in managing secretarial functions involving handling email/correspondence, screening & answering telephone calls, documentation, etc.�• Developing, organizing and maintaining administrative records for files- both hard copies and digital�• Taking down dictation and transcribing it into letters�• Supporting internet based research, information sourcing etc.�• Handling Travel arrangements, such as air/rail tickets, visa, hotel reservations, etc�• Preparing bills/vouchers and expense reports�• Various other admin duties�
