We are looking for a Operations Executive at Apollo Clinic, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Experience: 3 to 4 years (Healthcare Experience)

Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Schedule: Day Shift

Salary: between Rs.18 k to Rs.20 ( Gross Salary)

Requirements:  Smart with communication skills / Managed or handled people / Can perform under high pressure / Self motivated, capable of managing & prioritising the work and time / Good computer knowledge / Good typing speed / Flexible working hours

Job Description: Ensure a smooth client lifecycle in the clinic.  Oversee flow of waiting areas, monitoring client wait time and communicates delays to client. Ensure proper flow of file movement from reception till the patient checkout. Counsel client with only registration / consult, informing them about various packages as per their needs. Maintain daily and monthly piece rate of Doctors. Procure incomplete information in file – review existing data, notify missing entries, etc. Respond positively, politely and promptly to all clients requirements. Give appointment date and Fix with Client. Handle all Clients’s Enquiry. floor care coordinator

Closing enquires & complaints received from corporate clients

Maintaning co-ordination between all the departments

Maintaining the medical files

Sending reports by Email on timely basis

Dispatching the reports

Scanning the reports

Any other work assigned by the management from time to time
