Position – Assistant Sampling Co-ordination
Industry – Textile and Garment
Salary – CTC – 25k pm, in-hand – 19300/-pm
Education and Experience: Minimum Graduation.
Great communication skills are must.
Minimum 1 year of work experience must be in Men’s wear (Woven background)
Office Timings – 1) Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm,
2)Saturday – 9am to 1pm,
3)Weekly off – Sunday’s & 2 nd Saturday off.
following is the job description required for the sampling coordinator : • Receiving and understanding requirements from buyers,issue proto / ones samples • Sourcing similar fabrics, trims, threads, accessories according to the buyers requirements. • Internal co-ordination with different departments (ie accessories,merchandising,fabrics,etc) • Explaining the style to pattern master and constant follow up for getting samples ready within TAT.(get samples checked , finished , washed , embroidered , printed and spec’dship samples to the buyer)
• Detailed planning,execution and follow up of shipment of various samples. • Co-ordination with sourcing and merchandising department. • Attending meetings with the top management for weekly reviews including forecasting about the samples. • Visiting our factories at Umergoan (Gujarat) and Bangalore for new product development.
