EXPERIENCE: 5-6 YRS IN PHARMA API INDUSTRIES. 

SALARY : 20-30K

QUALIFICATION : DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING 

Overview�The Maintenance Engineer will provide engineering support to Manufacturing to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems involved with day-to-day production operations. This role will monitor the day-to-day performance of the production departments. Additionally, the individual will develop, propose, implement and/or follow up on process and facility improvements involved in ongoing operations (e.g., variable cost, productivity, quality, reliability, and maintenance).��Responsibilities

Ensure timely resolution of production issues as they arise.

Lead and/or participate in Kaizen / Structure Improvement events in their applicable client groups.

Drive engineering and production processes improvement utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles.

Provide on-the-job training to new mechanics on the technical aspects of the production.

Master technical production related competencies (e.g., understand production information, build/assembly processes, etc.).

Interface with cross functional teams (e.g., Validation, Engineering, Maintenance, etc.) to understand design issues and opportunities to improve production effectiveness and efficiency.
