Job Title Executive – HR

EXPERIENCE : 2-3 YRS

SALARY : 3 LAKHS 

Duties and Responsibilities:  Recruitment:  Sourcing of candidates at various levels through headhunting, placements and employees references.  Coordinate with placements, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews.  Carrying out preliminary interviews and short-listing candidates for technical round. Employee Life Cycle:  Carrying out induction program for new joiners.  On board joining documentation and formalities.  Drafting of Offer, Appointment Letter, Confirmation, Transfer letters etc.  Maintaining & updating employee database on regular basis.  Carrying out exit interview process.

Payroll:  Attendance Management and payroll management.  Generating salary in Farvision software  Creating and Mailing Department wise attendance & salary sheets to all HODs  Final salary generation in Farvision  Handling Performance Appraisals process. Employee Engagement Activities:  Coordinating in arrangement of employee engagement activities, meetings, training sessions, etc. on monthly basis.

 Organizing and conducting fun and team building activities at work place such as employee’s monthly birthday celebrations, festive celebrations, picnic, annual day function, sports, desk activities, etc.  Vendor Management  Coordinating with contractors and vendors for payments in order to ensure that all invoices are cleared on time.  Drafting and renewing service agreements for all vendors.

MIS & Documentation:  Maintaining and updating employee database (Payroll & Off-Payroll) and Company’s organogram. Medical Insurance  Handling Medi-Claim & Accidental Insurance with National Insurance Company Limited.  Ensuring timely renewals of the Group Medi-Claim Policy and timely coverage of all the employees as per the company’s policy.

Admin & Other Miscellaneous Activities:  Conducting HOD meetings on monthly basis.  Handling the housekeeping staff, security staff, pantry & attendants.  Taking care of all requisitions for visiting cards, letter heads, time slip & voucher books.  Coordinating & issuing ID cards, uniforms, stationery items, etc.

Qualifications:  Education – Any Graduate/Post Graduate  Specialized knowledge/Certification – Specialized diploma/degree in HR will be an additional benefit. Provided for reference only.
