Job Description:

 Should be from freight forwarding industry  .  Maintaining the billing system in tally software

 Generating invoices and account statements

 Performing account reconciliations  .  Maintaining accounts receivable & Payables files and records

 Producing monthly financial and management reports

 Assisting in general financial management and analysis

 MIS data preparation & finalisation

 Preparation of Debtors & creditors report

 Taxation & Finalisation

 Outstanding follow up

 Knowledge of TDS, GST & PT

 Handling Bank accounts & Fund management

 Correspondence with customers ,overseas agent & shipping line.
