Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

– Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar role

– Strong leadership and team management skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets

– Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets within the assigned zone

– Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to drive performance

– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

– Conduct regular sales reviews, analyze data, and provide insights to improve sales performance

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans

– Train and develop sales team members, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge

– Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
