Job Description:  We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Export Manager to join our team at a leading SPC flooring company. As an Export Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our international presence and driving export sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective export strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure the smooth flow of our SPC flooring products to global markets.

Responsibilities:  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company objectives and expand market share.

Identify and evaluate potential markets, customers, and business opportunities for SPC flooring products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and key accounts.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless export operations.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with international partners to maximize profitability and sales volume.

Monitor and analyse export sales performance, generate reports, and present findings to the management team.

Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer expectations.

Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to promote our SPC flooring products and expand business opportunities. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.  • Proven work experience as an Export Manager or in a similar international sales role within the flooring industry. • Strong knowledge of SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring products and the global flooring market. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing export strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international partners. • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and conducting competitive research. • Familiarity with export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance.
