The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-9 years of experience in handling court cases, conveyancing work, and, most importantly, will excel in managing criminal law matters and dealing with police station work. The candidate should be passionate about delivering exceptional legal services and have a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Court Cases: Represent clients in various court proceedings, including civil, criminal, and appellate cases.

2. Conveyancing Work: Handle property transactions, drafting contracts, and ensuring the smooth transfer of property titles.

3. Criminal Law: Provide expert legal counsel in criminal cases, including bail applications, trials, and appeals.

4. Police Station Work: Assist clients in police station matters, including filing complaints, managing investigations, and representing them during police interrogations.

5. Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and precedents.

6. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their legal issues, provide legal advice, and develop strategies for their cases.

7. Documentation: Draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, and court petitions as required.

8. Negotiation: Engage in negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.

9. Courtroom Representation: Present cases effectively in court, arguing motions, examining witnesses, and delivering persuasive oral arguments.

10. Case Management: Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

11. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and ethical standards.
