Job Description: -a. Basic knowledge on EWaybill, GST, TDS & TCS exemption limit to interact with customer. b. Basic Knowledge on Import Landed cost to interact with overseas customers if any. c. Samples – 1 st stage of communication for a new product and new company. i. Manage sampling from procuring till approval or rejection. / ii. Overall co-ordination. / iii. Managing the sample stock sheet from the system with Physical sample stock and update the same for further stock the same./iv. Sample Arranging from Bhiwandi if it is not available in office. / v. As per the product to arrange for MSDS and TDS. / vi. Sticker making in JPEG, PDF for our company name. / d. Action on sales order & sales Invoice. / i. To enter in software “Tally” and further co-ordinate for material and update the same to customer with the team member in CC / ii. Sending Quotations in coordination with respective Team Member, for any advance or PDC follow up also to cross check the rates.

iii. To ensure smooth dispatches for Sales order received with smooth payments. iv. As per the product to send MSDS and TDS e. Forecast of every product by making a report on sales and time to procure the same. f. Advertising of company name, its product on B2b &our website and to generate leads and maintain a brand image.

i. To update the website & renewal ii. Renewal for B2B website for e.g., India Mart etc. iii. Called calling and to generate leads for opportunity of new business. g. Pre-Exhibitions: – (Ina year twice) i. Connecting with the Exhibition organizers for Stall Arrangement. ii. Prearrangement of samples in product display from Principal or suppliers. iii. To negotiate for cost of exhibition hall with the team member of company to run the show smoothly with getting all services asked from the exhibitor.

iv. To make the stall informative with all the company brochure, standee, leaflet, visiting cards also co-ordinate the same for designing up to the level of output with professional (Internal and external) v. Co-ordinating with Designer for Brochure / Standee / Leaflet designing / Visiting cards. vi. To advertise for the exhibition as per the Internal sales team requirement

on B2b website for target customers. h. Post Exhibition -Generate the leads. i. Keeping the records of the visitors in an excel, sending email with proper follow up and setting up a business with the sales and Marketing team.
