JOB DESCRIPTION: We are manufacturers of aromatic chemicals and are in this industry for 3 decades. The chemicals that we manufacture are used to make flavour and fragrances which finds its application in various industries e.g., Food, beverage, Agarbatti etc. Our factory is located at Boisar and head office at Borivali.

Role and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for motivating and advising their sales representatives to improve their performance, as well as hiring and training new sales representatives.

2. Achieving the given monthly and annual targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing data on past inquiries, and projecting future demands.

3. Building client relationships with new clients and Maintaining relationships with existing clients

4. Negotiating and closing deals and making sure maximum inquiries are converted into orders.

Qualifications and Education: MBA, BSC, MSC, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR MARKETING DEGREES

Preferred Skills: • High achieving, ambitious, soft spoken

and result-oriented 

• Handled annual targets of 15-20 cr and a team of 2-3 people.
