 Roles and Responsibilities as a Sourcing Manager:

Working with one of the leading housing solutions platform, the candidate will be handling regions in Mumbai (especially Mira Road, Malad )  and will drive top line by efficiency in business by acquiring new avenues. Owning and executing all plans for developing business and achieving the set goals. The candidate will be responsible for strategizing. The candidate will be responsible for local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion. opportunities and scaling up the business. Evangelize the channel partners and taking initiative to close deals personally. Provide visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of sales lifecycle. Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience. Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both internally & externally. Handle the Sales team as per hierarchy. Develop a sales vision and agenda for each effective sales period. Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicate the same effectively to prospects. Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.

Generating leads: Identifying and generating new sales leads through a variety of methods, including networking, cold-calling, and following up on leads provided by the company and channel partners. Understand clients’ needs and propose solutions that suit them best. Converting prospects into buyer by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects. Deliver sales numbers as per business plan, in terms of   closing. Build trust, value other , communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity..

Work closely with internal CRM team to ensure hassle free after sales service.
