1) Sales coordinator – Job profile – 10 years of experience

Salary: 25-40k   –  Graduate and MBA Marketing

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be proficient in English, Hindi, and the local language. Responsibilities include handling inquiry calls, maintaining data in Excel, following up with clients, generating and sending quotations, converting leads, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable product solutions—all encompassing various sales-related tasks.�

·        To speak, communicate and handle prospective customers (Domestic and international) in online and offline platforms where our Organization is placed as an Industry leader.

·        Domestic and International travelling to meet clients, secure sales orders, grow sales, achieve sales targets,  and develop business.

·        To keep a proper record of Enquiries received from prospective customers from Online and offline platforms and feedback from prospective customers as to why the enquiry could not materialize.

·        Executing other related activities.

·        To follow up with Regular Customers for new orders.

·        To float enquiries with Clearing and handling Agents, negotiate rates for export consignments and execute the dispatches.

·        Undertake other activities as may be required by the management.
