1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunitieswithin the steel industry. Develop strategies to expand the customer base and Increase market share.2. Generate new Opportunities,sending quotation,clarify technical deviation from the clients and prepare others documents In the execution of the order.
2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends,competitor activities,and industry
developments. Use this knowledge to position our products effectively and identify new business prospects.
4. Negotiation and Closing Deals:Conduct negotiations with clients to finalize order. Ensure timely and
successful closure of deals while meeting the needs of both the client and the company.
s.Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities,achievements, and challenges.Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions and sales processes.
6.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service,to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
