Experience : 4-7 yrs

Salary: 50-60k PM

About the company: 

We are manufacturers of aromatic chemicals and are in this industry for 3 decades. The chemicals that we manufacture are used to make flavour and fragrances which finds its application in various industries e.g., Food, beverage, Agarbatti etc. Our factory is located at Boisar and head office at Borivali. Last year we have started a new vertical where we manufacture flavour and fragrances ourselves.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Create a production schedule after discussing the forecast with the sales and marketing team.

2. Handle reaction and distillation columns. 3. Manage production team and assign schedules.

4. Determined to increase output and minimize wastage. 5. Reporting to the upper management and providing monthly review of the output. 6. Manage and implement safety control

7. Perform personal evaluations of all workers. 8. Coordinating with the purchase team to ensure just in time purchase. 9. Assign works to perform monthly machinery maintenance

Qualifications and Education Requirements: BSC, MSC, PHD,

Preferred Skills:  • Team leader, commanding, must be able to handle the local authorities. • Able to handle ETP.
