Position Title Sr. Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer (TM ) Division / Department Sales

Location Delhi / Mumbai or Ahmedabad

 Job Purpose: To drive profitable growth of the area and achieve business results for assigned territory as per the Business Plan & KRA.   Principal Accountabilities: Accountabilities Major Activities Promote Business with end customers, Distributors and OEM customers  Implement & Execute action plan to achieve business plan Collection of Payments  Follow up with customers for payments.  Account reconciliation on monthly basis. Developing new customer base for all products in assigned territory

 Visit new customers and appointment of new distributors  Negotiations to get the orders Enhancing market share with existing customers.

 Mapping of complete requirement of existing customers & market segments.  Offer them products and solutions to solve pain area of customer.

Managing relationship with existing customers and distributors to increase share of business.  Inviting them for company events like Tech days and seminars , customer meets  Interacting with them on regular basis. Increase profitability of business.  Take price increase  Optimize the costs.  Better planning to achieve 90% of sales forecasting. Generate RFQ’s for New Products  Customer mapping  NPD Proposal with business case

 SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:  Educational Qualifications & Experience:  Full time BE or Diploma Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Machine tool).  MBA (Marketing) from recognized University will be added advantage but not necessary.

 Relevant and total years of Experience  Around 5-6 years’ experience in sales in industrial market for industrial products.

 Knowledge of working with bearing manufacturer will be added advantage.  Handling of end customers and distribution business

 Functional Skills  Knowledge of Bearings  Good technical & engineering knowledge.  Market & Segment knowledge.

 Good communication skills.  Customer knowledge.  Knowledge of end customers and Distributors base in Assigned territory.  Team Player

 Knowledge of Segments like Textile, Steel, Cement, Power, Paper & Pulp, Food & Beverages, Agriculture, Material handling, Pump & Motors, Industrial transmission
