 To be active on portals like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin in regards to vacant positions and create employer Brand.

 To Conduct First Round of interview.

 To Manage Joining Formalities of Employees.

 To send the Tracker of Recruitment progress to HOD on daily Basis in regards to the predefined TAT.
