Minimum Experience: 7 years
Salary Range: 4 to 9 LPA
Maintain accurate records of all materials in the store, including quantity, specifications, and location. Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize losses and ensure optimal stock levels. Conduct regular stock assessments and reconcile with system records. Procurement and Supplier Management:
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of construction materials. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms. Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of store personnel, providing guidance and support. Conduct training programs for store staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Coordinated Communication:
Coordinate with project managers and other departments to understand material requirements and project timelines. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between the store and other project teams.
Quality Control:
Implement quality control measures to ensure that all materials meet the required standards. Monitor and report any damaged or defective materials.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols within the store area to ensure a secure working environment. Implement measures to prevent accidents and ensure the safe handling of materials.
