*JOB OFFER BY NMT SHIPPING – DELHI – Sales / Pricing Executive*

Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in the shipping industry

Education: Minimum Graduation

Salary : 25-30k p/m (negotiable for deserving candidates)

  

Job Description:

Tele calling (sales) to get new customers on board Marketing / visiting clients for new business

Update the sales calls/ Sales lead in sales module Follow up with the customers as well as sales for the correct feedback on the quotation / rfqs etc.

Timely action on Inquiry/business opportunity. Coordination with the pricing, sales team/carriers/customers to improve the inquiry/business conversion.

Responding on the inquiries generated by sales within the stipulated time. Co-ordination with operations, pricing, Accounts, and other relevant department to facilitate the generation of sales and retention of customers. Looking after pricing – which will again require coordination/negotiation with the carriers and customers. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access Solving queries/issues and following up with existing customers Maintain good business relationship with our valuable customers, sales persons, other departments. Assisting sales team to achieve target on bringing new customers onboard and maximizing the revenue of sales. Handling all customer service related responsibilities, avoid escalation to sales manager / HODs Supporting sales team by providing sales leads and co-ordination

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Excellent team development and leadership skills
